What is the one book you couldn’t live without?
The Dictionary! I may be an author but there are still a few words that will throw me off my game.
What can you see out of your window at the moment?
At the moment it's pitch black, but on a normal day I can see the woods. I live on top of mountain and I'm surrounded by 40 acres of woods.
What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten?
Escargot! I think I was 21 and was dared to eat at least five at a restaurant and forced myself to eat them.
What fictional character would you most like to marry?
There are two! Eric Northman and Jacob Black, hands down the sexiest two men on the planet.
If ever a fictional villain was going to win, who would you want it to be?
Jerry from the original Fright Night! He should have won! Loved that movie.
How many types of cheese can you name off the top of your head?
I absolutely love cheese so about 15. These days though I usually only consume cottage cheese, calories and such.
If you didn’t want to be a writer, what would you want to be?
A famous country singer. I actually pursued this career for 12 years.
Can you play a musical instrument?
It's been many years, but I was one heck of a flute player.
Do you own a Kindle or any sort of e-reader?
I have a Kindle and an iPad.
If so, how many books do you have on it?
100 or more, I have begun deleting them to make more room.
You just got published. In a glowing review, someone calls you the next (insert name of famous author). Which author has to watch their back now you’re on the scene?
I'm hoping none of them. I don't write to hurt another author, and I think there are enough incredible readers out there that we can all find our own fan base.
